Announcement on FIL, EGLD Networks upgrade

According to the Network Upgrade Instructions from Filecoin (FIL) and Elrond (EGLD) communities, Filecoin (FIL) will activate at block height 1,960,320 at 14:00 am UTC on Jul 6; Elrond (EGLD) will activate at block height 706 at 15:00 am UTC on Jul 6.
To ensure that Filecoin (FIL) and Elrond (EGLD) Networks will be successfully upgraded, OKX will suspend the FIL deposit and withdrawal from 13:00 am UTC on Jul 6; and will suspend the EGLD deposit and withdrawal from 14:00 am UTC on Jul 6. Deposit and withdrawal will be recovered after the network upgrade, and we will not notify users in a further announcement.
