11 月 25 日，美聯儲理事沃勒表示，他個人傾向在 12 月議息會議上啟動降息。雖然通脹近期小幅回升，但他認為通脹將重新走低。沃勒同時強調，明年 1 月將面臨大量經濟數據，屆時才能判斷是否需要進一步降息。
美國舊金山聯儲主席、2027 年 FOMC 票委戴利也表示支持 12 月降息，因她認為就業市場突然惡化的風險大於通脹再度飆升，且前者更難以控制。
根據 CME「美聯儲觀察」，當前市場預期美聯儲在 12 月降息 25 個基點的概率已升至 82.7%，維持利率不變的概率則為 17.3%。
美股週一收盤普遍上漲，道指上漲 0.44%，標普 500 指數大漲 1.5%，納指上漲 2.69%。比特幣短時突破 89,000 美元，現報 88,337.13 美元，24 小時漲幅達 1.64%。
富蘭克林鄧普頓（Franklin Templeton）週一在紐約證券交易所 Arca 平台正式推出 XRP 交易所交易基金——「富蘭克林 XRP 信託」（XRPZ），為投資者提供受監管的 XRP 投資管道。此舉也讓這家華爾街歷史最悠久的金融機構之一加入不斷壯大的 XRP 基金發行陣營，目前該領域已包括 Bitwise、灰度投資及 Canary Capital。
此次新產品進一步擴展了富蘭克林鄧普頓的加密產品線。該公司目前已管理多支與比特幣、以太坊及 XRP 掛鉤的 ETF，以及多元化的數位資產基金，使傳統投資者能在無需自行託管的情況下接觸更廣泛的加密資產組合。
