My honest Avalanche take… and I almost never go public with criticism: We chased institutional adoption for good reason… but somewhere along the way, we drifted from the community and builders who carried this ecosystem through every low and every hit. If we don’t re-anchor to the original Avalanche ethos the people who actually built this chain we lose our edge. Thats both community members and builder community. Community events aren’t getting support. We did so well connecting and built the chain vertically. Now it feels more disconnected than ever. People are building in silos. Builder culture is thinning out… and hell THAT IS the heartbeat of Solana. It’s time to remember what made @avax powerful in the first place: the people, not the paperwork and pitch decks.
