Through coordinated social-media campaigns, wallet address disclosures, and transparency about the goal—to benefit the shelter’s rescue, care, and adoption efforts—the initiative raised a significant amount of funds (for example over $70,000 at one point in time, now worth $22,000 at the time of writing this) via crypto contributions. By leveraging blockchain’s transparency and the engaged COCORO community, the project enabled countless donations that collectively supported Chibawan’s mission of helping dogs in need.
