Every day for the last few months my daily routine has consisted of: - Wake up after 5 hours or less of sleep - Roll over and grab my laptop - Check every single chart and every trade in bed - Doom scroll CT - Cope over my Abstract bags being down 80% from ATH - Stress over finding new plays - Finally get out of bed after hours of frying myself & hit the gym - Be too tired to be on stream or make content - Continue to overload my brain with every negative facet of crypto, certain aspects of my niche and my bags - Go to bed at 4am Yesterday was a bit of a breaking point for me physically my body just shut down and I realized I was miserable. So this morning I woke up & refused to even look at my phone or laptop until I did all my morning stuff and hit the gym. Maybe I missed out on some morning crypto news or catch up on overnight events but it made such a difference to not overload myself with crypto, pessimism and comparison for hours directly after waking up. Going to make this the new habit for myself & I am 100% sure it’s going to change my life for the better in every aspect: trading/investing, creating content, my personality, my physical health.
It’s not even about “touching grass” It’s more so about how you start your day. Need a touch of real world and physical productivity before I plug into the matrix that is non stop information overload crypto social media and chart watching bag coping
