The TC is a nine member board. It sets strategy, approves budgets, and keeps funding aligned with community priorities. Execution stays with the Endowment team and operating contributors.

Five community appointees are joining the three seed members. The ninth seat will be the Endowment’s CIO. Term lengths are staggered so we get continuity and fresh energy.
