you don't really know until you are the person sending them tokens
proximity of shill to sell is often a matter of minutes
I don't like to start drama on the TL, so I'm probably not going to name names (for now)
But ironically, people who are attacked the most (e.g. @wizardofsoho & @EricCryptoman) are often the least scammy (neither sold Fuku)
It's the people shilling you "community" BS that are predatory.

For us, this has been people like @thisisdjen, @UniswapVillain and @leftcurvemaxing
None paid, organic purchases, high integrity
You want ppl like that in your corner
and beware the crowd shill
if you see several KOLs tweeting similar talking points at the same time, that is the "blurb" their manager requested for them
most KOLs barely read the blurb, let alone give a fuck about the project
"managers" often worse than KOLs themselves btw
this is more of a warning to fellow builders than anything else
your ROI for paying KOLs with botted followers is 0. any pump they create will be engulfed by their selling of the very tokens you sent to create that pump
just don't do it - they sent my token from $18m to $200k
build products if you can
or if you are a pure meme, pay an army of meme artists to create endless content
but don't pay a soulless account to tweet vapid nonsense for "exposure"
the answer to "wen marketing," at least this type of marketing, should be "never"
