PANews 6月5日消息，据GlobeNewswire报道，比特币挖矿公司BitMine Immersion Technologies（NYSE American: BMNR）宣布完成225万股公开发行，每股定价8美元，募集总额1800万美元。公司计划将净收益用于直接购买比特币。
