What's P2P price widget?

P2P Price Widget has only recently been introduced to our OKX App. With this update, users can customize their homepage with P2P widgets to track the best offers on the P2P marketplace, featuring a personalized and refined interface.

What are the key features that I should take note of?

The P2P price widget displays the following information:

  • Unit Price: current best buy/sell price

  • Fiat/Crypto Pair: for example, USD/USDT

  • Last Refreshed Timestamp: indicates when the price was last updated (auto-refresh every 1 minute)

  • Buy/Sell Label: Buy/Sell appears based on the direction of the price displayed

How do I add the homepage widget?

iOS version

You may choose to add the widget on any home screen page or on the widget page (Swipe right from homescreen, it requires you to unlock the phone to perform the add action). Your device needs to be on iOS 14 or above.

  1. Long-press on the screen

    Select Edit after you enable it by pressing on the screen

  2. Select the Edit option and Add Widget feature from the dropdown options

  3. Scroll over and locate OKX

  4. Select P2P Crypto Prices widget type and select Add Widget

    Select Add Widget once the widget menu is enabled

    • The initial default fields are set as below:

      • Ad direction: Buy

      • Trading pair:

        • USDT/USD (for the non-logged-in Users)

        • Saved currency (if user is logged into OKX account and used P2P service before)

      • Unit Price: current best Buy price

      • Last Refreshed Timestamp: based on the most recent update

  5. Drag and drop the widget to the desired position. Selecting the widget will redirect them to our marketplace.

Android version

  1. Long press on the screen

  2. Select Widget at the bottom of the screen

  3. Scroll over and locate OKX

  4. Select the P2P Crypto Prices widget type and select Add Widget

Your homepage is now customized!

How do I edit the P2P widget?

iOS version

  1. Press and hold onto the widget to load up the Edit Widget option

  2. Select Edit Widget to start the customization of your widget

    Select Edit Widget from the menu off the widget

  3. Select an order type and trading pair from the list, or utilize the search function

    Utilize the order type and trading pair from the P2P Market Price menu

Android version

  1. Select the settings (gear) icon on the widget

    Select the settings

  2. Select editing either Order type or Trading pair. The widget will immediately reflect the updated settings on the homescreen.
