1/ Validators are the backbone of BandChain, ensuring smooth operations and real-time data reporting from multiple data sources, including CEXs, DEXs, and aggregators.
To strengthen this foundation, we are proud to announce the Band Active Validators Set.
2/ What is the Active Validators Set?
It's an initiative to bring together 50 top-performing validators, and now 53 validators are carefully chosen for their reliability, contributions, and proven track record of supporting BandChain.
3/ Selection Criteria?
✅ Long-term support for BandChain
✅ High uptime and reliability
✅ Strong community engagement
✅ Multi-network validation experience
✅ Wide base of stakers
✅ High total assets staked
Only the most committed and capable validators are included.
4/ Why is this important?
With BandChain’s new ~1-second blocktime, uptime matters more than ever. Validators must maintain 99%+ reliability to keep the chain secure and efficient.
