If you’re not bullish on @flyingtulip_ by Andre Cronje, then it’s probably because you don’t know him.
I was here during the days of $YFI and #KP3R. In fact, I bought KP3R at $6 and rode it all the way up to ~$1,700 per token.
Cronje doesn’t just launch tokens, he launches experiments that reshapes DeFi forever..
Flying Tulip already raised $200M toward their goal of $1B, and the idea is bold: build a full-stack exchange (spot, perps, options, lending), then fund operations with ~$40M/year in DeFi yield instead of just selling tokens and hoping for the best.
But let’s be real, this isn’t risk-free.
Investors give up yield they could’ve earned themselves, and the whole model depends on whether the treasury can be managed safely and whether Tulip’s product suite can actually compete with giants like Binance or dYdX.
Still, if it works, this could flip how fundraising is done in crypto.
And knowing Cronje’s track record, I’m not fading this experiment.
