Once you know about crypto treasury companies, you start wondering why we do not have a $SPX or $QQQ treasury company, or Mag7 stock treasury companies
The answer is not that it's a bad idea financially, but that you can't capitalize an operating company on securities
But you can do it on commodities ($BTC)
The maths would have worked very fine for a $TSLA treasury company, it's just that you can't do it
