I’ve generally not been a fan of the term RWAs. Too often it feels more like narrative than substance. But at the @rwasummit this week, you finally started to see signs of substance and real adoption beginning to take shape. The themes were no surprise: 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐬, 𝐓𝐨𝐤𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐬 (Digital Asset Treasury Vehicles). What stood out more was how traditional finance and crypto are finally meeting in the middle. 🔹 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐭 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫𝐬 are tapping out of their usual capital channels. To find new distribution, they are turning to crypto, where large pools of capital are searching for high quality yield. To access it, they are being forced to meet capital where it is and tokenize products like treasuries and private credit.
