Not hot-off-the-press anymore, but still massive
Hackers pulled off what some are calling the biggest supply chain attack in history. npm packages got hijacked, and the malware is nasty:
• Can swap $BTC, $ETH, $SOL, $TRX, $LTC, $BCH addresses
• Hijacks txs across UI, APIs, even signing layers
• Redirects funds straight to attacker wallets
Ledger’s CTO already flagged it:
✅ Hardware wallet users → double-check every tx
❌ No hardware wallet? Best to stay off-chain for now
This isn’t your usual phishing scam, it’s protocol-level sabotage.
Maybe the wake-up call crypto needed. ⏰
