The daily candle closed above 0.655; the next target is 0.7-0.75, I will gradually exit before 2/9
Thanks $ena ❤️
Analyzing $ENA with an entry point of 0.63, what should I do?
Yesterday, someone commented that they bought $ENA at an entry of 0.63.
👉 I bought $ENA round 1 at around 0.6, then when it rose to 0.82-0.85, I posted that the price would drop and I exited my position in round 1.
In round 2, I bought back at around 0.63, so if you followed my lead in round 2, your initial position is 0.63, meaning you will have to trade more cautiously than I did.
👉 In round 2, I can accept a smaller profit or cut losses to offset the gains from round 1. And this is also a trading portfolio; it doesn't affect my life (for my holding portfolio, I hold $ETH and it has been stable).
-> My position is different, and my mindset is also different.

As for myself, with round 2 entry at 0.63, here is my strategy:
Concerns:
1. I expect $ENA to reach 0.96, but 2/9 is approaching, and this target is clearly HARD to achieve (since there are only a few days left before the sell-off).
2. The buyback amount is $260M, having spent about $200M, meaning there is only about $60M left for buyback if the project does not allocate more.
Optimism:
1. The BB range is tightening, likely indicating a breakout. The 0.6-0.62 range is still well supported.
2. Volume remains high, liquidity is abundant, and the main trend is still bullish.
3. TVL continues to rise, reaching $12.5B (increasing steadily every day).
4. The event for staking $ENA to receive shared revenue is about to happen.
More and more tokens are being used as collateral to mint USDe -> TVL will continue to increase significantly.
Actions:
1. For myself: I will observe if it closes above 0.655 -> I will target 0.7-0.75 to exit before 2/9 (because I don't want to hold until unlock; if the price increases further, I don't care, as I feel satisfied with round 1 and round 2).
2. If your round 1 entry is 0.63, a price drop may easily cause you to panic: target a lower take profit of 0.66-0.7 #DCA to gradually sell off, possibly leaving a little in case it rises to 0.75-0.8 to cash out.
3. For the optimistic ones willing to hold long-term: target 0.96 and moon -> accept temporary losses, invest with capital you are willing to lose (but do not hold when $ETH or $BTC breaks trend; the price of $ENA will drop significantly).
👉 Trading $ENA at this point, be prepared for the price to potentially drop to 0.55-0.5. It could also rise to the 0.8x range before dropping. Stay calm, avoid greed, and manage your capital well.
For me, at this stage, the crypto market is entering the final phase of an uptrend historically; I will only trade and observe, not wanting to hold long-term (the risk of selling off and locking up capital -> regretful mindset, not daring to sell -> potentially holding at the peak for 2 years or possibly losing everything with altcoins).
