Last night, I watched a podcast with @mdomcahill, CEO of DoroLabs, the main development company behind @PythNetwork.
I really liked Mike's comparison of Pyth to Spotify in the world of financial data. He said that the main goal when creating the project was to make access to data as simple and universal as finding music on Spotify.
Traditional platforms like Bloomberg cost around $30,000 per year, making them inaccessible for many, so the Pyth team decided to solve this problem by providing real-time data to anyone who needs it.
Mike noted that the team has ambitious plans for the future. Pyth is preparing to transform the financial industry, and at Korea Blockchain Week there will be an announcement of something truly significant, so we’re waiting with anticipation.
I’ll leave a link to the podcast, many interesting things were said.
