Reasons why Lair Finance going to Injective is a positive development
Lair Finance will soon expand to Injective as a re-staking platform following Kaia and Vera when @injective proceeds with Multivm.
In the case of Injective, the representative LST is the Hydro protocol, which dominates most of the LST market. Of course, there is also the LST of Black Panther, but I cannot recommend using it as the DApp itself is just... *legitimately bad. Previously, there was also the LST of DojoSwap, but it self-destructed after endlessly repeating reckless DApp expansions. There is also another project that changed its name once in between and, to my recollection, has not released its token yet, which has been stagnant for two years.
In other words, currently, there is essentially no LST in Injective except for Hydro. So, having competitors is a good phenomenon, and since there is still no LRT, it seems to be a good development for the ecosystem.
Personally, I think it would be great if Lair Finance could incorporate Hydro's hINJ to enable re-staking, as I believe there are various ways to create additional DeFi products using the Hydro interest generated in the process. Additionally, if the interest rate from Hydro is converted back to LAIR tokens to provide extra rewards in LAIR, I think it could grow together while capturing the Hydro market.
