ETH at $4200: Will it keep GROWING OR CRASH? Let's take a look at $ETH locally with on-chain metrics. Screen 1 Despite #ETH already being at $4200, reserves on exchanges continue to decline at a record pace. Screen 2 If we compare the move to $4k with previous ones, retail is not buying this time, which means the likelihood of continued growth remains. However, there is a possibility of a correction of up to -15% if we don't break key levels right away, although I find it hard to believe in a breakout, as we've failed to break those levels many times before. If we compare this to 2024, there were several attempts, but we eventually broke those levels and saw altcoins rise by 3x. Screen 3 Nevertheless, we are still far from high levels. Once the indicator goes above 80, it will be time to gradually close positions. To summarise: there are local concerns, and the probability of a local decline is quite high, but it will be minor. I continue holding my positions and sticking to the plan. Once the market overheats, I will sell my altcoin positions $SOL, $SUI, $PENGU, $ONDO, #FARTCOIN, $SEI, $TAO, $IMX, $GRT, $DRIFT, $JUP, etc., but that time hasn't come yet.
