Last night around 2 AM, my account had an order that I don't know when was submitted
Currently at a loss!
The experience with lighter @Lighter_xyz is really being rubbed on the ground in front of edgeX!
I won't even mention the large spreads, but the key issue is that it lags on trades!
It's already happened twice tonight! I've been increasing my position all day. When I click to execute on lighter, there's no response or prompt, so I thought it didn't submit successfully. I clicked again, still no response, refreshing the page didn't help, and then the third time it went through. As a result, the two previous orders came through a minute later!
What does this mean? It means that the lag multiplied my calculated leverage by 3 times. If I had a larger leverage, I would have been liquidated!
Then, in a losing position, I hurried to close my position, and after that, when I refreshed the page, it looked like this! Lighter, if I hadn't been watching closely, if this issue caused a liquidation tonight, would you compensate me??
