I've been thinking lately: Is ETH a deterministic gray rhino, or a mirage for the minority? Because, unknowingly, especially during this wave of decline from 3000 to 1500, many retail investors have given up their faith in Ethereum. A significant portion of them have switched to BTC or SOL, or even cut their losses and exited the market. This wave of Ethereum's victory is actually another win for the minority amidst the oversold FUD—an eternal truth of the financial market.
So the question is, what comes next: is Ethereum really going to rise strongly? Will the altcoin version of MicroStrategy take Ethereum's old investors to new heights? First of all, the bull market for Bitcoin wasn't solely driven by MicroStrategy's purchases. Secondly, the fundamental aspects and expectations of Ethereum's ecosystem haven't changed much. Moreover, the altcoin version of MicroStrategy doesn't just have ETH; there are also competitors like SOL, BNB, and others that dilute the energy.
Thinking it over, it seems that SOL has greater potential: RWA and stablecoins are more inclined towards SOL, and the SOL version of MicroStrategy isn't bad either. Yes, that's right, I've swapped my ETH for SOL!
