I cold turkey quit everything after going all in on crypto in the late spring of 2017
back then, Coinbase only had BTC and ETH, and they had only just listed LTC in May
keeping up with crypto was much easier back then. there wasn’t as much going on, so when something did happen, it was the center of attention, like the China fud which repeatedly happened or when some people actually thought BCH would flip BTC. now there’s a million things happening per day
