Many fans are asking if ETH can chase the rise? How high can it go? Today, I want to share my views!
When ETH dropped to $1300, we were all afraid to buy, saying it would fall below $1000. The whole world was criticizing Vitalik, and then it surged from $1300 to $3600. Many brothers are asking if they can still buy?
My advice is not to chase the rise, for three reasons:
(1) It has risen from $1300 to $3600, making a 3x profit on the bottom chips, and the profit-taking pressure is too large.
As long as the whales buy a little, when liquidity is not strong enough, it will lead to a big drop.
(2) In January, a huge trapped position was formed around $3600, especially near $4000, which is difficult to break through.
(3) There has been no significant improvement in ETH's fundamentals; the speed of ETH has not increased, and the governance structure has not improved.
The market cap of SOL is only 1/4 of ETH, and there are positive factors coming up, so I suggest holding some SOL is more reasonable than chasing ETH now.
