IMO: This event has been pending for a while and is well known, expect a massive markup once this is concluded OTC.
Either:
- The deal is done and this wallet is now owned by a new holder or an institution.
- An intermediary like @galaxyhq is working the deal and we will see the 40k move to known wallets.
