I was good at holding things, overtrading fucked me a bit. So getting back to my old ways.
I have been fucking up coz of overtrading tbh. Sold my $useless bag for 20k profit, while it would have been 3M now. Now please don't say profit is profit. It really hurts. Let it.
Aim is simple now, find good narratives and hold. Most will go to 0 but few will be like Fartcoin, Spx6900, Popcat, Joe and they will pay you 100x fold.
Keep that in mind :)
