Within two weeks of its launch, 6,503 illegal accounts were banned

PANews reported on May 30 that according to Blockworks, the encrypted massively multiplayer online role-playing game "MapleStory N" banned 6,503 illegal accounts within two weeks of its launch, mainly targeting the use of automated tools to open more gold mining. According to the development team, more than 200 automated inspections are currently processed per hour, combined with manual review of player reports. The game is built on the Avalanche subnet, and the anti-cheat system monitors abnormal logins, quick corner creations, and abnormal transaction behavior.

The founder of Pixels, a similar Ronin chain game, pointed out that gold mining bots can disrupt the game's economic balance, resulting in dilution of rewards for real players. The MapleStory N team said that it will continue to optimize the detection algorithm to reduce the rate of mis-sealing.
