PANews reported on May 28 that, according to CoinDesk, Dan Edwards, chief operating officer of the American fast-food chain Steak n' Shake, said at the "Bitcoin 2025" conference that since the opening of Bitcoin payments on May 16, transaction processing fees have been reduced by 50% compared with credit card payments. 1 out of every 500 Bitcoin transactions worldwide takes place at the restaurant.
