Review of Xlayer:
Xlayer is really about to take off this time! I think many people, like me, haven't paid much attention to it. Here are a few points to share on why it deserves attention:
1. Today #Paola launched, which is the coin-stock narrative of xlayer, considered a rookie today. Its underlying asset is the Hong Kong stock #PopMart, unique to X Layer, and the opening market cap was very low, giving retail investors a great chance to get in. Many in the community have seen returns of dozens of times, no conspiracy, no PvP, more PvE-oriented. I saw @gardenersbed has 80x returns;
I entered with 300,000 and currently have over 2x returns. The new high market cap is now over 800,000;
2. Today @OKXWallet_CN official Twitter announced 3 meme coins launching on OKX's boost, which is a positive signal that OKX exchange will support targets on the xlayer chain, possibly opening a listing channel. Boost is the first step, and very likely next will be OKX perp ➡️ OKX spot;
Moreover, these three tokens on boost have a characteristic of relatively stable K-line trends, especially for early PvE players holding them, the multiples and returns are very considerable. Especially this listing channel will incentivize the community to continue building to challenge OKX's contracts and even spot. If contracts come next, the current market cap is still low;
3. The addition of CC @EudemoniaCC itself is a signal. CC has very strong operational capabilities, top academic background + leading web3 experience, joining @XLayerOfficial to fill the meme gap. Actually, OKX is very suitable for meme projects, and OKX's wallet advantage can be leveraged, which also promotes OKX wallet development;
4. Xlayer's launchpads are also increasing. Currently, the best is @Ignixbot. The three meme coins on boost and $Paola all come from this platform. Infrastructure development is improving, guessing ignix is similar to Binance's fourmeme, so early dividend opportunities are huge;
5. Recently, old Xu @star_okx has stopped fudging memes, which should be tacit approval for xlayer to do memes. The development of a public chain cannot do without early meme support. Recently $OKB has been performing well, mutually confirming that the meme track is solid.
In summary, official support + expectation of listing channel opening + strengthening community foundation + good wealth effect + early development + blessing for PvE players.
These are my personal views. I will pay more attention to xlayer going forward!

The sea breeze of Bali witnessed a rare gathering.
Usually, everyone interacts online, but this time we finally had the chance to meet offline.

The Fed's interest rate decision is tonight, but I'm actually less concerned about whether they will raise rates or not. Because the expectation of a rate hike in September has already exceeded 90%, the market has actually priced in a lot in advance!
What really matters tonight is: will Waller tell the market that hikes will continue afterward? Official account @federalreserve
I simply divide it into three scenarios:
1/ Rate hike, but telling the market to wait, this is the scenario the market likes the most. US stocks and BTC will likely breathe a sigh of relief first, and short-term risk appetite will warm up.
But oil prices and inflation issues haven't disappeared, so I would interpret this as pressure relief, not a complete removal of risk.
2/ Rate hike, while hinting there might be another one in October or December, this situation is more subtle. It means the Fed thinks the US economy can still hold up, so they want to continue pushing inflation down now.
The market may not crash immediately, but the pressure of high interest rates will continue.
3/ Rate hike, and hinting it might continue next year, this is what we really need to be cautious about tonight.
Because the market will reinterpret from: "one hike in September" to: "a new round of hikes may have started." Then the pressure on US stocks and BTC will significantly increase.
So tonight, I’m not ready to bet on the direction.
Recently, oil prices have fallen, US stocks have rebounded, and US Treasury yields have declined, which actually shows the market has started to digest the September hike.
What is really not clearly priced now is where the next hike will be? So tonight, watch less for that 25bp, and listen more to what Waller says. The hike is a known card; the cards after that will decide how the market moves.
Today the on-chain is in a state of fatigue; unlike before when there were more than 50 CAs in the group daily, everyone is saying that on-chain assets have shrunk by more than half. Regarding this small rebound of #Bitcoin, I think the promotion of the "Clear Act" is an important catalyst.
The Republican Party has already released the final version of the text, and Trump @realDonaldTrump has made obvious concessions on the most sensitive ethical clauses.
At least one thing is clear: for the September 15 deadline, Trump and the Republicans have started seriously competing for votes, but don’t pop the champagne just yet.
September 15 is not the final passage of the "Clear Act," but a very critical 60-vote procedural hurdle. Getting 60 votes is necessary to end the debate and continue advancing the new text;
If they don’t get it, the rest of the story will be postponed. So the real question now is: are the Democrats willing to buy in? I currently estimate the success rate for this hurdle at about 45%–50%, which is clearly more optimistic than before but still not stable.
In the next 24 hours, I will focus on several Democrats:
@SenRubenGallego → @Sen_Alsobrooks → @MarkWarner → @SenCortezMasto → @SenatorHick → @CoryBooker → @SenatorWarnock. The first two are the most worth watching.
If Gallego + Alsobrooks clearly support the new text, I will raise the passage probability to over 60%. If among Warner / Cortez Masto / Hickenlooper, two more express support—that would really change things.
60 votes may no longer be just a fantasy but start to enter a calculable range. So $BTC rising a bit today is something to be happy about, but don’t prematurely trade as if the "bill is guaranteed to pass."
What the market is trading on now is: Trump’s concessions → expanded bipartisan negotiation space → increased probability of 60 votes.
What will truly decide the next wave of Crypto sentiment may be the statements of these Democrats in the next 24 hours. Now it’s not about what Trump says, but about counting votes.
