Announcement on adding a new expiration date for crypto-margined BTC expiry futures
Dear OKX Users,
To provide a better trading experience, OKX will introduce a new expiration date for BTCUSD expiry futures starting after 16:00 (UTC+8) on March 21, 2025. Following this update, an additional quarterly futures contract will be added, bringing the total number of expiration dates for BTCUSD expiry futures on the platform to 7.
The first newly added expiration date will be December 26, 2025. Consistent with existing expiry futures, the newly added contracts will expire at 16:00 (UTC+8) on their respective expiration dates. Settlement records will be accessible via the Settlement Records page.
