The ADAPT launch gathered leaders from across Africa and beyond, united by a shared goal: to create transparent, efficient, and inclusive digital trade.
On the margins of the B20 Summit, I met with @iota and @InstituteGC to discuss ongoing efforts to advance Africa’s digital trade infrastructure through the ADAPT Initiative. Our discussion focused on how digital technologies and digital public infrastructure can enhance the efficiency and inclusivity of cross-border trade under the AfCFTA.
We also explored potential areas of collaboration on digital trade programmes that support the empowerment of MSMEs, young people, and women across the continent.
