Prediction traders on Polymarket flipped their bets overnight. This is because Senate negotiators finally reached a bipartisan deal to reopen Washington. Just yesterday, everyone thought the shutdown could drag into Thanksgiving. Now, odds of the govt reopening by November 12 jumped. The deal funds the govt through Jan. 30, cancels layoff and forces a Dec vote on healthcare tax credits. Flights are still getting canceled and food stamps are delayed while agencies reboot. And traders now think the SEC may not have enough time to approve that $ADA ETF before year-end (odds dropped from 90% to 38%). But for the first time in weeks, the market tone is… optimistic.
