Last cycle's random airdrops were absolutely phenomenal. I distinctly remember getting like $100k each from $SOS and $LOOKS because I was a high volume NFT trader.
The average retail participant probably did not print that hard, but the wealth creation effect was definitely there. The aforementioned airdrops did not take any effort to farm, nor were they announced preemptively. They simply happened out of no where, and provided much needed liquidity to the degens.
We need some surprise PVE airdrops like these so degens have dry powder going into the end of the cycle.
