Looking at the direction of collaboration between IP and AI that Camp is pursuing, I wonder why they are building an independent chain on L1 instead of L2. Ultimately, due to different copyright regulation issues related to IP in each region, I think they aim to broadly establish region-specific dApp ecosystems... and as Camp's ecosystem expands, they aspire to become a single IP standard.
