Yapping was a good thing at first, until…
After writing so many posts, this time I just want to say something real! The content incentives of Web3 have become distorted. As someone who writes tweets, participates in airdrops, and has done content dissemination, I have witnessed how a good mechanism can go awry, and I have seen a lot of AI-generated or verbose content. How did it come to this? Today I want to talk about it:
First, let me clarify that I have no issues with Kaito Yaps; it is an excellent tool that helps projects identify the truly engaged and contributing members of the community. But the problem is:
When more and more projects start to copy the model and make posting for points the sole objective, the entire content ecosystem begins to go off track!
You must have also seen many similar posts, where everyone just runs their AI to churn out another version; what’s the point? Moreover, most of them are just flattery or praise, losing the true value of what we want to express!
However, last night I saw Yeti Yell, a completely different incentive logic! Yeti Yell is a content incentive mechanism recently launched by the @yalaorg community, and it amazed me!
It doesn’t require registration, likes, or a points system for tags! You just need to write down your genuine thoughts on Bitcoin and Yala. Whether you support, question, suggest, or share failure experiences… all count as contributions!
For someone like me who writes content, this is a long-lost sense of freedom! We can try a new way of expression and regain our own judgment and voice!
Yeti Yell may not be perfect at this stage, but it has a clear bottom line:
Don’t do what you hate, don’t say what you don’t believe.
If you also feel that the way we express in Web3 needs to change, why not give it a try! You might rediscover the original intention of writing!
Bitcoin. And there is no second best.
Yet your timeline is filled up with bots “yapping” tickers that only go down.
It's time for a change.
We bring you Yeti Yell (Phase 1 of Yeti Footprints), the only mindshare program where you can get rewards for honest voice for BTC and Yala, whether you’re praising, questioning, or challenging it.
Here's how it works ↓
