When he saw this brother's request for help, he mistakenly deposited 39,600 lzUSDT (APT chain) into Bybit's deposit address, and the customer service replied that the funds could not be retrieved because Bybit does not currently support lzUSDT on the APTOS chain. So he came to me for help and asked me to forward it to @benbybit
Alas, it can be seen that he is also sick and rushed to the doctor, and he actually came to me, I am just an ant in the currency circle, what can I do? I understand him, it's almost $40,000! That's it. I think I was wrong at the beginning, the 168USDT on the Gate chain was deposited into Binance and was told that it could not be retrieved, and I was uncomfortable for three days and three nights, not to mention that he had such a large sum!
Then bite the bullet and help him turn around, dare Aite Ben, I can only help so much, although I know it's useless, just comfort and comfort this brother, let him feel that there is still warmth in the currency circle, I wish him can recover his assets, and everything is safe. 🙏🙏🙏
Here is also a reminder that the bull market is coming, make money, don't be happy, don't be careless about withdrawing and recharging, you must check and confirm it repeatedly, especially don't fill the wrong chain! Once the wrong chain is filled, the assets may be instantly zeroed, and years of hard work will be ruined, and I really want to cry without tears.

Dear @Bybit_ZH @benbybit @Bybit_Official @heyibinance @DujunX @WutalkWu @cz_binance @Aptos and all our friends in the cryptocurrency community,
Hello! Wish you all the best. I'm having trouble topping up my account on Bybit and need your help.
I accidentally deposited lzUSDT (APT Chain) into my Bybit deposit address, but the customer service replied that the funds could not be retrieved because Bybit does not currently support lzUSDT on the APTOS Chain.
Here are the details:
Transaction Hash (TxHash): 0x2ae284ac3...... f3cb97d6a0
Bybit UID:18134680
Deposit amount: 39646.9385 lzUSDT
Trading: May 13, 2025
I saw the exact same case on May 7, which was resolved by @benbybit mediation. I'm in exactly the same case as him. Since the funds are still on-chain, they are technically recoverable, but the Bybit system failed to recognize lzUSDT. I kindly ask you to refer this matter to the technical team, who may be able to handle it in the following ways:
Import the lzUSDT token contract in the exchange wallet (address: 0xf22bede... a01b17fa);
Manually return the funds to my personal wallet address.
I understand that this was a mistake on my part, but I would like to see your help. As a pioneer in the cryptocurrency industry, Bybit has always adhered to the inclusive spirit of decentralized finance and the concept of user-first service. The 39,500 USDT is my entire savings, and it would be catastrophic if I couldn't get it back. During this difficult time, I sincerely hope that your company will carry forward the spirit of mutual support and win-win in the crypto community and provide me with special assistance.
Sincerely
Evan
