  1. Campaign period: 1 July 2024 00:00 AEST - 31 July 2024 23:59 AEST (or when the total available rewards are exhausted, whichever is earlier).
  2. How to participate
    1. Click the "Join now" button to join the campaign and receive a pop-up confirming eligibility.
    2. For new OKX users (being users who have registered within the last 14 days):
      • 10 AUD in BTC for your first deposit: make a first-time deposit of 100 AUD and maintain a net deposit* of at least 100 AUD for a minimum of 30 days. *Net deposit = eligible deposits less withdrawals.
      • 20 AUD in BTC for your first trade: make a first-time trade of 100 AUD or more in a single transaction using Buy and/or Convert.
      • 20 AUD in BTC for your second trade: make a second-time trade of 200 AUD or more in a single transaction using Buy and/or Convert.
    4. For existing OKX users:
      • 10 AUD in BTC for your first deposit: make a first-time deposit of 100 AUD and maintain a net deposit* of at least 100 AUD for a minimum of 30 days. *Net deposit = eligible deposits less withdrawals.
      • 20 AUD in BTC for your second trade: make a first-time trade of 200 AUD or more in a single transaction using Buy and/or Convert.
    6. Eligible trades
      • Trades made with other OKX rewards or perks won't be counted as valid trades for this Campaign, including but not limited to trades using rebate cards, contract vouchers, transaction fee waivers, etc.
      • Trades made that count towards other rewards or bonuses, or relate to other Campaigns, will not be counted towards this Campaign.
  4. Reward calculation and distribution
    1. The calculation of the reward will be based on the user's final result at the end of the Campaign, or when the total available rewards are exhausted, whichever is earlier.
    2. Each OKX account can only participate in one promotional campaign offered by OKX within the same time frame. If a qualified user enrolls in multiple promotional campaigns, they will only receive the reward from the last campaign that they enrolled in. We recommend that users do not join multiple campaigns during the same period.
    3. Rewards will be distributed within 30 days of the end of the Campaign Period. OKX has the right to postpone the issuance of rewards at its discretion as required, with prior notice to users who are eligible for a reward.
  6. User eligibility
    1. This Campaign is open to users of OKX Australia Pty Ltd. Users of other OKX entities are excluded. Sub-accounts are also excluded.
    2. This offer is only available for users who access it via the platform's homepage card, email and/or push notification. Users who register through a shared or copied link will not be eligible.
    3. Users must complete KYC identity verification to participate and claim the rewards in this Campaign. Check your status here.

  1. Users who participate in this Campaign acknowledge that they have read, understood and agreed to the Terms and Conditions of this Campaign.
  2. These Terms & Conditions form part of the OKX Terms of Service - Australia. If you do not comply with the OKX Terms of Service - Australia at any time, you will not be eligible to participate in the Campaign.
  3. We reserve the right to terminate the Campaign at any time and to interpret or modify the terms and conditions of the Campaign at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to exclude any participants from the Campaign and/or cancel the Campaign without notice.
  4. Each user can only participate in one Campaign at any one time. If a user participates in multiple Campaigns, only the last campaign registered will be rewarded.
  5. This Campaign is not intended as a recommendation to deal in any products, or investment advice.
  6. Any and all applicable taxes and all fees and additional expenses related to acceptance and use of the reward are the sole responsibility of the individual reward recipient.

During the campaign period, OKX will monitor the behaviour of traders to avoid any form of cheating or abnormal behaviour, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts, using other people's accounts, using other people's information to register accounts, false KYC information, maliciously increasing trading data, engaging in laundering trades or wash trades, violating the terms and conditions of the campaign, violating local regulatory rules for transaction and any other campaigns related to illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes, etc. If any of the above acts are deemed to be discovered by OKX, OKX reserves the right to disqualify the user from the reward.
