Starting 15 September 2026, the affected bank payment methods will be split into two dedicated options: Card and IBAN for UAH market. Merchants need to take a few actions to keep their ads running smoothly through this transition.

What is changing for me?

After the optimization, merchants will be able to select the option that matches the payment details used for each ad:

  • Card — for payments made using bank card details.

  • IBAN — for payments made using an IBAN account number.

This separation is intended to make payment method identification clearer and help merchants manage UAH ads and payment details more efficiently.

What are the affected banks?

  • Monobank

  • A-Bank

  • PrivatBank

  • PUMB

  • Raiffeisen Bank

  • Bank Vlasnyi Rakhunok

  • Sense Bank

  • OTP Bank

  • Oschadbank

  • Izibank

How will this affect my active ads?

Once we remove the old payment methods, ads created with them may stay active — but counterparties won't be able to select that payment method anymore, which could stop them from completing an order.

To avoid order disruptions, stop using the old payment methods when posting new ads, and update your affected ads with the corresponding new Card or IBAN option.

Ads on other payment methods or markets aren't expected to be affected.

What do I need to do as a merchant?

Before the update

  1. Review your active UAH ads and flag any that use the affected bank payment methods.

  2. Confirm whether each payment account falls under Card or IBAN.

  3. If needed, delist or adjust affected ads in advance to avoid unexpected order interruptions during the transition.

  4. Check that your payment details are accurate and that the account holder information matches your verified identity.

After the update

  1. Check the status of your affected UAH ads.

  2. Select the correct new Card or IBAN payment method for each applicable ad.

  3. Review the payment details before reactivating or publishing an ad, and make sure the selected method matches the instructions shown to counterparties.

FAQ

Will all of my UAH ads be delisted?

Not necessarily. Only active ads using the affected bank payment methods may be temporarily delisted as part of the transition.

Do I need to take any action now?

Yes — review your affected UAH ads, stop using the old payment methods on new ads, and prepare to switch to the corresponding new Card or IBAN option.

Does this update apply to markets other than UAH?

No. This change applies specifically to the UAH market.

Which option should I select after the update?

Select Card if your account receives payments via card details, and IBAN if it receives payments via an IBAN account number.

What happens if I continue using an old payment method?

Your ad may stay active, but counterparties won't be able to select that payment method or complete an order. Switch to the corresponding new Card or IBAN option as soon as it's available.
