also onchain games lost a little bit of its magic lately, too many extractive teams, sadge
onchain heroes
this feels like another Blastem situation
the obv takeaway from this is: if a project claims to be supported by a chain, simply reach out to their team and validate it
this is probably the biggest criticism for Abstract atm, there are too many extractive and scammy projects coming to the chain and the team and also Abstract focused creators are too lenient in giving them a platform, and therefore leading users to the slaughterhouse
also, apparently i'm gigawashed since they didn't even reach out to me...
at least i wasn't able to lose money on this, kinda hilarious that all the KOLs were the exit liquidity here thinking they are early... rip to them
i wonder how the team was able to get together so many KOLs without paying them, i assume they had some help by someone well-connected or a marketing agency... which then leaves the question why they tried to pump such a scammy project
well well well
