just went from 12-second latency to 1 second. You read that right. Not only an upgrade, but a complete a transformation, and here's how they did it:
Previously the transactions were written to Celestia, read back, and only then were they executed. The whole process took way too long - around 12 seconds end-to-end.
Now with Monza, it’s parallelized. Transactions are reordered and executed while blocks are written. No waiting, and no bottlenecks.
A major full node upgrade means anyone - not just the leader - can now submit transactions. And for that there'll be more flexibility and more resilience - and even less reliance on any single node.
Underneath it all? High-speed infrastructure is key. Ankr supports Movement with public RPC endpoints for mainnet and testnet to deliver low-latency performance at scale.
