What are some good infrastructure projects? Recently, I checked out @irys_xyz, which was previously built on Arweave.
Now it has become independent and is working on L1. Previously, it had strong technical capabilities in storage.
IRYS integrates low-cost storage, verifiable computing, and AI coordination, not only permanently preserving data but also enabling data to "flow," empowering developers to create dynamic, real-time blockchain applications.
Storage has always been a strong demand area, and storage L1s like AR and FIL have generally high valuations. Previous proof methods leaned towards storage proof mining.
IRYS is somewhat different, having developed an independent IRYSVM, which leans more towards AI and IP fields.
To put it more technically: the combination of a low-cost storage layer and a high-performance, EVM-compatible execution layer (IrysVM) enables data programmability in Irys.
Additionally, Dovey's primitive has invested in it.
Let's keep an eye on it and wait for further developments. Personally, I'm quite optimistic about it.
