After returning to the trenches, I began to familiarize myself with the current market rhythm of exchanges. The choice between secondary existing users and primary new traffic users has become a pain point for every exchange.
Bitget has also chosen a strategic layout similar to Binance, placing the primary "buffer zone" on the sub-interface of the homepage. This strategy can effectively attract traffic from the primary market while also protecting the trading of existing secondary users. Looking at the performance of several tokens, the trading data is fairly decent, and the wealth effect of $Stickman going online is also attracting the "attention" of players in the market (not investment advice).
Before Binance Alpha, Bitget was often used as a reference for Binance's next steps. With the different attitudes of several exchanges towards DEX, things are starting to get interesting.
The market strategies commonly used by leading exchanges typically choose to reference product data from other competitors in the industry to decide whether to participate in market competition (you can refer to the sailboat effect).
I will update an article analyzing the current exchanges' approach to the primary market later, let's start the battle!!
