Removing emojis from your P2P nicknames

To ensure a smoother trading experience, we’re removing emojis from P2P account nicknames for Lite, Super, and Diamond Advertisers on July 24, 2023, 05:00 PM (UTC+8). Using emojis in nicknames will no longer be allowed on the P2P marketplace.

• If you’re a Lite Advertiser with active or inactive ads, we’ll remove emojis for you. If you don’t have any ads currently, please remove emojis from your nicknames in the User Center before creating a new ad.

• If you’ve exceeded the nickname change limit, contact p2p@okx.com for help.

• If you’re a Super Advertiser or Diamond Merchant, no action is required. We’ll remove emojis from your nicknames for you.
