Terms and Conditions
Enrollment eligibility:
The ALL-IN campaign ("Campaign") is being offered by Okcoin USA Inc. ("OKX"). It starts on September 7, 2025 at 00:00 PT and ends on September 12, 2025 at 23:59 PT (the "Campaign Period").
This Campaign is available to eligible attendees of the All-In event occurring on September 7-9, 2025 in Los Angeles (the "Event"). Eligible attendees must reside in the United States during the Campaign Period (as confirmed by advanced identity verification) except that individuals residing in Kentucky, New York, Texas, American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, and the US Virgin Islands are not eligible to participate. OKX employees are also not eligible to participate.
To qualify, you must enter your ALL-IN event confirmation access code in the OKX app during the Campaign Period. Only valid access codes associated with registered ALL-IN attendees will be eligible.
Please note: Access codes may not be shared publicly. Any access code found to be publicly distributed (for example, via social media or forums) will be invalidated.
In order to participate and receive the rewards, winners must pass or have previously passed OKX's advanced identity verification.
Limit one reward per eligible participant. Sub-accounts will not be eligible to participate or receive any rewards.
Reward description:
Each eligible attendee who completes the access code validation process and passes OKX’s advanced identity verification will receive a one-time crypto reward. Limit one reward per eligible participant. Sub-accounts are not eligible.
Additional Bonus Prize: All eligible attendees who complete the access code validation process and pass OKX’s advanced identity verification will also be automatically entered to win a trip to the Las Vegas Formula 1 Grand Prix. Full details of the prize, including travel and accommodation inclusions, will be provided to the winner. The winner will be selected from eligible participants after the Campaign Period and notified via the email address associated with their OKX account.
In the event of suspected fraudulent activity, including but not limited to ACH reversals, use of stolen or invalid access codes, account abuse, or coordinated manipulation, OKX reserves the right to disqualify users and revoke or withhold reward eligibility.
The one-time crypto reward is based on the value of the asset when it is acquired. The USD value of the crypto reward may change as it transitions from being awarded to when it is deposited into the attendees OKX account.
Rewards are subject to a 30-day hold period before they can be withdrawn.
Rewards are limited to the first 2,000 eligible attendees on a first-come, first-served basis.

By default, users who enter the Campaign page and participate in this Campaign have read and understood the Terms and Conditions of this Campaign.

Crypto/digital assets, including stablecoins and NFTs, are subject to market volatility, involve a high degree of risk, can lose value, and are not FDIC insured. Not all products offered in all regions and this activity may be limited or not offered in some markets. Certain cryptocurrencies and products are not available to users located in the United States and may be restricted depending on the state in which you reside. Okcoin USA, Inc. ("OKX US") operates under the OKX brand and is a federally registered money service business and a state licensed money transmitter (NMLS ID: 1767779). Users of OKX US are subject to the restrictions and terms contained in the U.S. Terms of Service. Foreign entities exist that use the OKX brand to offer services and products to non-US users. US users are expressly prohibited from accessing any of those foreign products and services.
Please note that the value of prizes may fluctuate. Due to such price fluctuations, the value of your prize may increase or decrease in value at any given moment. OKX is not responsible for fluctuations in the value of prizes due to market fluctuations. All applicable taxes, costs, and additional expenses associated with the acceptance and use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the Campaign prize recipient.
Any and all applicable taxes and all fees and additional expenses, including connection, installation, and/or service costs, related to acceptance and use of the reward are the sole responsibility of the individual reward recipient.
For the Las Vegas Formula 1 Grand Prix raffle prize, all travel documentation, visas, and any additional costs not expressly included in the prize description are the sole responsibility of the winner.
During the Campaign Period, OKX will closely track the behaviour of traders to avoid any form of cheating or abnormal behaviour, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts, using other people's accounts, using other people's information to register accounts, false KYC information, maliciously increasing trading data, engaging in laundering trades or wash trades, violating the terms and conditions of the Campaign, violating local regulatory rules for transaction and any other campaigns related to illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes. If any of the above acts are deemed to be discovered by OKX, OKX reserves the right to disqualify the user from the prize.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, OKX reserves the right to exclude any participant from participating in this Campaign without notice.
Please note that the value of the reward may fluctuate and may not be equal in value at the time a recipient has the ability to withdraw based on market fluctuation. Prices of crypto/digital assets, including stablecoins, can and do fluctuate at any moment. Due to such price fluctuations, you may increase or lose value in your assets at any given moment.
OKX reserves the right to determine and amend the rules of the Campaign at any time without further notice, including but not limited to cancelling, extending or terminating this Campaign, modifying the eligibility conditions for users participating in the Campaign, and adjusting the Campaign and Reward rules. All participants shall be bound by these revised terms.
