Live on @tallyxyz, this proposal requests to register their custom gateway in the Arbitrum Router contracts.
Enabling seamless bridging via the official UI and unlocking @sparkdotfi Savings for stablecoin users.

Live on @tallyxyz, this AIP proposes lowering the quorum requirement for constitutional proposals from 5% → 4.5% of votable ARB.
Why it matters:
Participation is steady, but ARB supply has grown. Without adjustment, well-supported proposals risk failing due to basic quorum math.
The new threshold:
🔹 Drops the required votes by ~25M ARB
🔹 Keeps non-constitutional quorum (3%) unchanged
🔹 Uses an action contract to update parameters (no core upgrade needed)
