USDtb is already freely transferrable by all parties, and is currently available as rewarding margin collateral on Bybit at a 5% margin haircut
USDtb allows users to earn rewards from third-party ecosystem partners on their underlying collateral balance even while they trade on CEXs
USDtb is also mintable and redeemable 24/7/365 by whitelisted parties for USDC, BUIDL, and USDT, depending on asset availability
A direct line of interoperability between USDtb and BUIDL will allow more institutional holders to take advantage of USDtb's integrations & composability
