2. You must click the "Join now" button and and make sure the button is changed to "Enrolled" to be considered a valid participant of the event. Otherwise, your participation will be void.
3. This landing page is exclusive to OKX partners' participation with KYC from Russia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine.
4. Participation in this activity is restricted to the main account only. Sub-accounts are not eligible to participate and the earnings of sub-accounts are not included in the calculation of the earnings of the main account.

6. 1. In total, there are 3 levels of rewards available
   2. 1. To obtain Silver level rewards, a partner should complete at least 2 assessments out of 5 and gain 10 new users with the first time deposit of $50 in any cryptocurrency by August 14th, 2024
      2. 1. There is an unlimited number of partners who can qualify for Silver reward tiers.
      3. To obtain Gold level rewards, a partner should complete at least 3 assessments out of 5 and reach a minimum of $100,000,000 of accumulated trading volume from 20th June 2024 to 14th August, 2024.
      4. 1. There is a limited number of 10 partners who can qualify for Gold reward tiers. If there are more than 10 partners who qualify for the reward in terms of trading volume requirement, final winners will be chosen based on the submitted assignments (quality of the assignment completion, number of engagement with the content (comments/likes/views).
      5. To obtain Platinum level rewards, a partner should complete all 5 assessments and reach a minimum of $200,000,000 of accumulated trading volume from 20th June 2024 to 14th August, 2024.
      6. 1. There is a limited number of 5 partners who can qualify for Platinum reward tiers. If there are more than 5 partners who qualify for the reward in terms of trading volume requirement, final winners will be chosen based on the submitted assignments (quality of the assignment completion, number of engagement with the content (comments/likes/views).
         2. While all 5 winners will qualify for the prize of $3,000 and McLaren merchandise, only Top-2 in terms of trading volume will win F1 race tickets.
      7. Please note: we will calculate the trading volume in USDT from all your new and existing users you invited to OKX. This includes the trading volume in all OKX trading markets and on all products.
      8. The will be an additional prize of one F1 ticket for the Baku race for the winner of the community competition that will be held in OKX Telegram Community. All participating partners can nominate themselves to participate in the OKX Community poll for the "Best Crypto Channel". The winner of the poll will be entitled to the prize.

      2. Increased partner commission by 5% reward is only available for those partners who have not reached the highest commission tier at OKX.
      3. Tickets to industry events and F1 race do not include flights and accommodation costs, and cover events' entrances only.
      4. F1 race ticket in Baku is an entrance to the F1 paddock area for 1 day.

8. Any and all applicable taxes and all fees and additional expenses, including connection, installation, and/or service costs, related to acceptance and use of the reward are the sole responsibility of the individual reward recipient.
9. OKX reserves the right to disqualify any participants who engage in dishonest or abusive activities during the event, including bulk-account registrations to farm additional bonuses and any other activities in connection with unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
10. OKX has the discretion to convert any rewards into platform vouchers or USDT of equivalent value or less value. This may happen in cases where platform restrictions in certain jurisdictions cause participants to be ineligible for certain campaign rewards, where OKX is unable to procure the prizes for the participants, or in any case that OKX deems in its full discretion that it is necessary for the rewards to be converted.

During the campaign period, OKX will closely track the behaviour of traders to avoid any form of cheating or abnormal behaviour, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts, using other people's accounts, using other people's information to register accounts, false KYC information, maliciously increasing trading data, engaging in laundering trades or wash trades, violating the terms and conditions of the campaign, violating local regulatory rules for transaction and any other campaigns related to illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes. If any of the above acts are deemed to be discovered by OKX, OKX reserves the right to disqualify the user from the reward.
8. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, OKX reserves the right to exclude any participant from participating in this campaign without notice.
