🔹 Committee: Entropy, Arbitrum Foundation, Offchain Labs
🔹 Distribution + evaluation handled by selected partners
The goal: attract popular, high-impact DeFi activity from other ecosystems to Arbitrum One in a sustainable manner.
2/ DRIP vote status update
🗳 Quorum threshold: 3% (~133M ARB)
