Step 1: Click the top of right side “Withdraw”, it will show the withdrawal page
Step 2: Select the currency to withdraw
Step 3: Input the withdrawal address and amount to continue
Let’s use USDT as an example, after getting the wallet address from the wallet, paste it into the USDT address and enter the amount to complete the withdrawal. The system will auto calculate the service fees and show in the total section that actual arrival amount.

After the withdrawal is executed successfully, you may go to the transaction history and click the view to track the transaction in the blockchain.

Question 1: I have token in account, why does it show “temporarily not available or unable to withdraw” on withdrawal page?
A: Please check your token confirmation in the blockchain if the confirmations does not reach the withdrawal amount. Please wait patiently for the full confirmation to withdraw. You may check the token confirmation requirements & Blockchain Explorers in this link.

Question 2: Why my withdrawal address shows invalid?
A: This error message will be shown if the token type is not same with OKX. For example, If the token has been mainnet in OKX, however the receiving platform is using erc-20 network. For this case the system cannot recognized the receiving address, and it will show this error message. To solve this issue, please use the wallet address that same network with the token.
Question 3: The receiving platform doesn’t provide the tag, but it is requested on OKX, what should I do?
A: To avoid any lost, please confirm it with the receiving platform at first.
Question 4: My withdrawal hasn’t been received, what should I do?
A:
Step 1: Please check the withdrawal status on your withdrawal page, if it is not shown as successful, please contact customer service. If it is shown as successful, please refer to step 2.
Step 2: Please check your withdrawal in blockchain
1) If it is shown as confirmed, however you haven’t received it, please find the receiving exchanged to confirm;
2) If it is unconfirmed, please wait in patience for the miner confirmation.
3) If you can’t find the withdrawal, please reach out to our customer service team.
