Campaign Details & Eligibility:

This is a P2P Super and Diamond Advertisers campaign exclusive for THB users who have registered an OKX account before Dec 27, 2022 at 23:00 (UTC +7). Participants with at least one completed P2P transaction will be eligible to participate. During the campaign period, the top three eligible P2P Super or Diamond Advertisers with the most crypto sold (in USDT or equivalent) to the highest number of unique buyers will get a reward.

Campaign Rules:

1. The competition is based on two criteria during the campaign period: (i) total P2P trading volume (in USDT or equivalent) on sell orders only; and (ii) number of P2P unique buyers.
2. The total minimum daily completed sell order volume is 30,000 USDT or equivalent, and with 30 and more daily unique buyers. Any Super or Diamond Advertisers who failed to meet this minimum daily requirement during the campaign period shall be disqualified.
3. Transactions from the same (buyer) user ID will only be counted once throughout the entire campaign period.
4. The final score will be calculated by average daily trading volume * average daily unique buyerss / 1,000. And if there is a tie in the final score, whoever with more unique buyers will be ranked higher.
5. P2P unique buyers must:
     1) Have their photo ID and investment info verified;
     2) Have completed a P2P buy order at a minimum 50 USDT or equivalent.
6. P2P trading volume is calculated by the total amount of crypto sold (in USDT or equivalent) via the P2P marketplace. All crypto amounts will be converted to USDT with the OKX spot rate on Jan 9, 2023 at 23:00 (UTC+7) in calculating the total trade volume.

Rewards:

Example:

Advertiser A sold 10,000 USDT everyday to 10 unique buyers everyday for 15 days during the campaign, Advertiser A's score would be 10,000*15/15*10/1000=100

Advertiser B sold 500 USDT everyday to 8 unique buyers everyday for 13 days during the campaign, and sold 60,000 USDT everyday to 2 unique buyers for 2 days during the campaign. Advertiser B's score would be (500*13+60,000*2)/15*(8*13+2*2)/15/1000=8433*7.2/1000=60.71

Terms & Conditions:

• Any fraudulent behaviors, as well as trades that display attributes of self-dealing or market manipulation, are strictly prohibited during the event and will result in a forfeit of all rewards.

• OKX reserves the right at any time in its sole and absolute discretion to determine and/or amend or vary these terms and conditions without prior notice, including but not limited to canceling, extending, terminating or suspending this Promotion, the eligibility terms and criteria, the selection and number of winners, and the timing of any act to be done, and all Participants shall be bound by these amendments.

• All users must have their accounts verified to trade on OKX P2P

• Rewards will be distributed within three weeks after the promotion ends.

• OKX reserves the right to disqualify trades that are deemed to be wash trades or illegally bulk registered accounts, as well as trades that display attributes of self-dealing or market manipulation.

• OKX reserves the right to cancel or amend any Activity or Activity Rules at its sole discretion.
