On Dec 18, 2022 UTC, our systems experienced a hardware issue with our cloud service provider that interrupted our depositing and withdrawal services for several hours. We apologize for any inconvenience and impact this might have caused.
Currently, connection issues with our cloud service provider are fixed. OKX will resume deposits and withdrawals of BTC (mainnet), ETH (mainnet), TRX (mainnet), USDT (ERC20/TRC20), USDC (ERC20/TRC20), and other TRC20 and ERC20 tokens at 4:00am UTC on Dec 19. The deposits and withdrawals of other listed crypto will resume at 9:00am UTC on December 19.
