Institutional Loan renamed as VIP Loan

Starting on December 9, 2025, Institutional Loan will be renamed as VIP Loan.

Note that this change involves only the product name. The product mechanisms (both front-end and back-end such as OpenAPI data fields) will not be impacted at this time. There is also no change to the eligibility criteria for the newly-named VIP Loan. Not all users with VIP status may be automatically eligible for this product.
